The traditional Slovakian christmas cake, deliciously reinterpreted. It boast layers of walnuts, poppy seeds and jam, and a fresh coating – minus the traditionally used white dough, making our version beautifully light.
Ingredients:
Walnut layer: Walnuts, dates, vanilla, lemon juice
Poppy seeds layer: Poppy seeds, prunes
Jam layer: Raspberries, chia seeds
Coating: Cashews, vanilla, maple syrup, lemon juice, coconut oil
Order & delivery:
Since your cake will be freshly prepared, it will take 1-2 weeks until your order will be ready for delivery. We deliver Tuesdays and Fridays. We’ll let you know about your expected delivery date once the cake is ready. If you wish your cake to be delivered on a specific Tuesday or Friday, please let us know on the “delivery instructions” field below your shipping address in the order process.
