How does delivery work?
Since your cake will be freshly prepared, it will take 1-2 weeks until your order will be ready for delivery. We deliver Tuesdays and Fridays to all London postcodes. We’ll let you know about your expected delivery date once the cake is ready. If you wish your cake to be delivered on a specific Tuesday or Friday, please let us know on the “Order notes” field below your shipping address in the order process.
The cakes
I have an allergy or intolerance. Can I enjoy your cakes?
Mostly, yes! All cakes are free of gluten, soya, dairy, and refined sugar. Most do, however, contain nuts. Should you be allergic to nuts or other ingredients, just place a custom order and let us know about your preferences.
Do your cakes contain sugar?
We never use refined sugar.
Raw cakes are sweetened with fruits and dates. Some are additionally sweetened with maple syrup, coconut nectar or coconut sugar – all much more healthy than refined sugar.
Would you like a sugar-free cake, just place a custom order in our shop and let us know about your preferences.
How long can I store your cakes?
Our raw cakes can be refrigerated for up to 5 days.
When kept frozen, they will stay good for 6 to 8 weeks. Frozen cakes should be left at room temperature for 2 hours before serving or can be thawed in a fridge overnight.
Payment
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept PayPal (credit cards) and direct bank transfers.
Delivery
I have a party, birthday, etc. and need the cake on a specific date. When should I best place my order?
If you need the cake on a specific date, please order at least 10-14 days in advance and let us know what day your party is. We can then ensure that your cake arrives with the delivery closest to the desired date.
Can I return a cake?
You might have guessed it: as it is common for food – especially if it is prepared on order – we do not accept returns.
However, if you were unhappy with your order, please text or call us. We’ll figure out how to get this straight.
